Why snacking too much can hurt you

The best part of life is that all the bad things that we want are easily available and the good things are to be worked very hard to even achieve 50% of it. For example, gaining weight can be easy and fun. Losing a pound can take week of hard work.

Don’t you think its fun to just eat and enjoy the food with pleasure? I know you agree to that. Now, can being on diet be as much fun as is eating?

We think that our body will accept the new dieting module easily and will show its result immediately, but recent studies contradict that. It says that the body diet moulds itself in the new dieting module very slowly but permanently.

The second issue that comes in my mind is of easy access to fast food in the busy schedule. Now a day people are so busy that even 24 hrs in a day is not enough for them to work, for family and to eat. So the easiest solution to that is fast food just to avoid cooking.

Treating yourself to a snack can also be harmful. There is nothing but damages that it can result. The best substitute for a meal is fruit which can be a healthy snack.

All you need is to set a target and create the erg to achieve it. And once you start towards it you will not even remember what to gave up.
